Inspiration and Motivation

One is an internal spark or passion driven by likeness and attraction, yet it can be fleeting. The other is a force and determination to take action. One seems more unconditional and creative, while the other seems more conditional and intentional. My experience suggests that one is more long-term, as long as both are involved, while the other is short-term and unsustainable without the other. One brings joy, and the other yields a result.
