Discipline is often perceived as rigid, difficult, and cold.
But over time, I discovered it could be a friend—the kind of friend who shows up early, knocks on your door, and says, “ Let’s go, I’m with you.”

Our minds are a remarkable and powerful tool for creation, and such a gift. It’s easy to identify with our thoughts. It's even natural until we realize we are not our thoughts. Do you ever wonder how much you are constantly allowing, promoting, or creating? For much of my life, I had no idea how true this was.
