Technical skills don’t run businesses; people do.

It’s easy to think it’s about WHAT we do, but what if it were more about HOW we do what we do?

Selling with Trust is an approach to relational selling and business that emphasizes less transactional relationships.

Drawing on a lifetime of experiences, I have created programs rooted in inner awareness, genuine connection, and purposeful service. These qualities are vital for personal fulfillment and crucial for sustainable success in the workplace, as they affect both the business’s bottom line and the individual’s personal experience.

When I work with you or your teams, together, we cultivate self-awareness, connection, and service by fostering trust and collaboration within and among others. We achieve this by learning more about ourselves and gaining a broader perspective.

I work with individuals and in small group settings, creating environments where people feel seen, teams feel empowered, and organizations thrive through meaningful relationships and aligned mindsets.

This is no pie-in-the-sky self-development program. Yes, this will help each person individually, but my programs will also foster team building, increase sales, and enhance performance, thereby positively impacting the bottom line.

Authentic, effective individuals don’t separate who they are at home and work; they do, however, create boundaries and consistently show up in one place or the other.
